Research interests: Macro organizational behavior (ecological and network perspectives); Micro organizational behavior (Carnegie School perspective; micro-to-macro explanations); Entrepreneurship; Organizational decision making; Organizational change; Industry evolution processes; Paradox of success (a pattern in which successful firms fail to adapt their strategies to obvious environmental changes); Decision makers' search behavior under conditions of performance ambiguity; Success and analysts' forecast accuracy.
